We are happy to provide customers with store credit when contacting us within 7 days after tracking shows you received your order. Items must be clean, unused, unwashed, tags and hygienic liners attached and in its original packaging. Please see below for further instructions.

Returns for refund are not given under ANY circumstance as our policy is a STORE CREDIT ONLY. No exceptions

  • For US customers, we offer flat rate return postage of $5, which will be subtracted from your store credit. International returns will need to be sent with their own shipping carrier and tracking. 

We do not process direct exchanges or refunds. Once an item is returned to us, we issue store credit which can be used to buy the size needed or a different style, use the credit as you wish. 

All SALE, PROMO, or DISCOUNTED items are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or returned for credit under any circumstance. This includes all sample/archive items and Mystery Bundles. NO EXCEPTIONS. COUPON CODE items 20% and below are eligible for store credit return, Coupon Code orders placed with 25% or up are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER IS FINAL SALE.

NOTE: Be sure to enter your order number and the email you used when placing your order for the system to properly retrieve your request.



Once we get your request submitted, our team will respond within 1-3 business days. Please wait for a response from our team prior to sending the parcel back. DO NOT simply return the parcel without filling a returns request and receiving a response as we will not complete the exchange that way and are not responsible for it, parcels sent this way will be rejected from delivery and returning to customer will be at customers expense, if sent without authorization. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly suggest sending it to us with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on it as our team is not responsible for a lost parcel.

Once inspected and deemed in a clean condition, store credit will be issued. Please allow 1-3 business days for store credit to be emailed to you. If not deemed in its original clean condition (see below) a $5-$15 cleaning fee will be issued. We can legally refuse an exchange if the hygienic liner has been removed or removed and placed back on, this is a hygiene issue! 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the garment looks worn/used/altered or if tags are not attached and it will be at the cost of customer to have that item mailed back or forfeit the items. 

-ALL tags attached

-Unworn and unwashed

-Must be in original packaging.

-All elements intact, no missing or damaged elements.

-No makeup stains, bronzer, sunblock, dirt, deodorant marks, oil, perfume or odd scents, etc

-MUST have hygienic liner originally attached. Do not take this off unless you are 100% certain to be keeping the item as we will refuse any item back without a liner or a liner removed and placed back on (and yes, we can tell!)
