We are happy to provide customers with store credit when contacting us within 7 days after tracking shows you receive your order. Items must be clean, unused, unwashed, tags and hygienic liners attached and in its original zip packaging. Please see below for further instructions.
Returns/Refunds are not given under ANY circumstance as our policy is a STORE CREDIT ONLY. No exceptions. No holds or direct exchanges are processed.

Please wait for a response from our team prior to sending the parcel back. DO NOT simply return the parcel without emailing us first and receiving a response as we will not complete the exchange that way and are not responsible for the parcel, returning to customer will be at customers expense if sent without authorization.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are not responsible for the parcel while it is being sent back, so we strongly suggest sending it to us with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on it as our team is not responsible for a lost parcel.
Once inspected and deemed in a clean condition, store credit will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for store credit to be emailed to you. If not deemed in a clean condition (see below) a $5-10 cleaning fee will be issued. We can legally refuse an exchange if the hygienic liner has been removed or removed and placed back on, this is a hygiene issue!
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the garment looks worn/used or if tags are not attached and it will be at the cost of customer to have that item mailed back or forfeit item.

As our pieces are artisanal hand crafted one by one, there may be about 1 cm allowance difference in pieces.
Seamless bikinis have a tendency to fold over slightly, exposing the edges of reversible side, this is normal.
Print/pattern positioning of each piece will vary, each being unique and no piece will ever look the same. Differences in screen resolution may result in colors appearing lighter, darker, duller, brighter, etc. depending on the monitor.
