All orders are shipped on Monday-Friday during business hours. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 1-3 BUSINESS days (EXCLUDES SAT + SUN) from our location in NYC with USPS. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info after items have dispatched.

Please allow for an additional 1-2 days processing time during times of SALES / COLLECTION LAUNCHES / RESTOCK LAUNCHES as we have a higher order count to ship out.

Average delivery time is between 1-3 BUSINESS days (M-F) for parcels to arrive after dispatch depending how close your state is to NYC, some states can take an additional day or two if the post is running slow but its very unusual to take more time. We send all packages with a tracking number that can be used on so you can keep tabs on it. Lali + Layla is not responsible for lost, theft, or damage after the parcel has left us and is in the hands of USPS as we provide tracking, all inquiries should be made with your local post office. Customer assumes all responsibility and no resends or refunds can be issued.

Average delivery time is between 5-15 BUSINESS days (M-F) for parcels to arrive after dispatch. More specific average arrival times for popular destinations: CANADA 5-7 business days, EUROPE 6-10 business days, AUSTRALIA 7-12 business days. Again, these are estimated average days based on all our past delivery arrivals and times can vary, we can not promise these exact times as it depends on how the post is running.

Some foreign postal systems are faster than others depending the country so we can not guarantee a specific arrival date, on the very rare occasion the parcel can take up to 25 business days if stuck at customs, but it is VERY very rare and usually in countries known for having postal issues. Lali + Layla is not responsible for lost, theft, or damage after the parcel has left us. Customer assumes all responsibility and no resends or refunds can be issued. 

First Class mail is trackable in certain countries, not all, this can vary per country as it is up to them if they scan items into their system. Most parcels can be tracked on for all or most of its trip, not all countries will be able to track parcels online once the parcel is in their country, depends your postal system, some require tracking the parcel over the phone instead and some countries will not track at all.


If a parcel is sent back to LL HQ for whatever reason, such as invalid address, customer is responsible for paying shipping to resend. Any customer refusing to repay postage due to an invalid address, will forfeit their order.

Certain countries may be charged with customs taxes/duties, Lali + Layla has no control over this and is not responsible for any taxes that may occur as duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. Select countries will keep the parcel at your local post office for pickup due to any fees that need to be paid. The amount can vary by country, if at all applied, we recommend checking with you postal service to see if this applies to you.
